Starting this year, every time I update Firefox it changes its language to Chinese. But I want it in English. Even French would be acceptable. This time, even if I change the general.useragent.locale to en-US or en-UK it stays in Chinese. I even changed font.language.group and intl.accept.languages to en-UK and then to en-US but to no avail. Just what is wrong with it D8 I can barely understand the menus and stuff now. And what kind of Chinese is that? Traditional? What's with the phonetic translations? And who had the idea to put some of the functions in italic? It's unreadable! Chinese letters in italic in that font is a bunch of squashed... things.

And no, the location is not set in China or Taiwan or Singapore. I have no idea why it downloads Firefox in a Chinese we don't use.

The update window that come up every time was in English too. And the original version was installed in English. I have no idea why it changes after update. Time to reinstall.
