Is it just my shipping goggles overreacting or Jake seems to be interested in Dirk here?

Ok, just two guys acting like close friend of that age I guess. Like, two guys who have never seen girls beside from movies. Yeah.



Where does Dirk get his parts? Does he salvage them from the sea or fight off drones and loot their parts? It seems that that he doesn't have to make those parts from scratch, but where is he getting them?

And Jake mentioning the robot looking like Dirk. Have they seen each other in live chat or photos or anything, or just saying it?



Edit: And how is the Internet still on in the future? Does it has anything to do with the Trollian technology or is that Condesce wants to keep it up to read human porn?

Edit 2: Oh no, half a day after this post it's confirmed that The Condesce finds human reproduction revolting. Welp, there goes a plot bunny.

That could just be Jake believing that Dirk is in love with him, doesn't say anything about him loving Dirk?

Homestuck is really putting a strain on my shipping goggles.

Wanna bet if Hussie will 1) actually make Jake/Dirk a couple and 2) if they will kiss on-screen?

Then again, Hussie drew himself kissing a dude who turns out whose actor was reading Homestuck, so... I guess the odds are both bananas and through the roof, quote AR.
